Frequently Asked Questions
You fill one bag and we price it by weight. The driver collects it at your Al Faseel gate during your chosen window, we wash it sorted by colour and fabric, and it comes back folded and grouped by family member within 24 hours.
- Booking is a WhatsApp message with your location.
- No app, no account, no delivery charge.
Most families with children choose the 12 kg bag. At AED 99 it holds a week of school uniforms, house clothes and a few towels. Couples and single professionals usually manage with the smaller AED 60 bag holding 6 kg, and any kilo over the bag is AED 12.
- Weighed on collection, confirmed in the chat.
- Item prices: full Laundrykhalas rates.
Yes, scrubs are washed together and kept apart from everyday colours. Doctors and nurses living in Al Faseel often send several sets each week in the 6 kg bag. Mark any blood or iodine stains when booking, and we treat those spots before washing.
- Back folded in 24 hours, ready for the next rota at Al Sharq Hospital or elsewhere.
- White scrubs stay clear of dark colours.
Within 24 hours of pickup. A bag collected from an Al Faseel villa on Wednesday morning is normally back on Thursday morning, folded and separated into piles. Thick duvets and blankets are the exception, because their filling takes longer to dry right through.
- Allow 24 to 48 hours for duvets.
- WhatsApp message when it leaves us for your gate.
Yes, little and fragile items are washed on their own. Baby vests, muslin cloths and soft knits from Al Faseel homes go into a smaller separate wash so they never tumble with jeans or towels. Tell us about sensitive skin when you book and we note it on the order.
- Worth reading: detergent and itchy skin.
- Weighed with the rest of the bag.
Yes, towels are weighed in with the clothes. Bath sheets, pool towels and towels sandy from Al Faseel Beach or Umbrella Beach are washed together, then folded as their own stack. For every bedroom's sheets at once, book a linen order so every room gets its own set.
- Sheets by the room: bedding and towels for the villa.
- Big towel loads suit the larger AED 99 bag.
Yes, both neighbour Al Faseel and use identical bags and prices. Residents there share a location and preferred window on WhatsApp, choose the AED 60 or AED 99 size, and receive everything folded inside 24 hours. Collection is free in both places.
Yes, pack them on top in a separate carrier, outside the scale. Shirts, suits and abayas are charged per piece and return hanging; the weighed clothes return folded. One driver collects both from your Al Faseel gate in the same visit.
- Hung and covered: shirts AED 15, suits AED 50.
- Press only: shirts washed at home, AED 9.
- Everything we do: all our services in Al Faseel.
