Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you would normally put in your own machine at home. For a villa family that means T-shirts, uniforms, leggings, swimsuits, pyjamas, cotton sheets and kitchen cloths. You can mix it all up, because we separate it by shade and fibre before a single item gets wet.
- Suits and silk go to hanging garment care in Bloom Gardens.
- Baby clothes can be bagged apart and washed on their own.
By weight, at AED 60 or AED 99 per bag. Choose six kilos or twelve, and any weight beyond that adds AED 12 a kilo. Drivers collect from and return to any Bloom Gardens villa without charging you a dirham for the trip.
- Only a few pieces? Single items start at AED 4.
- Every rate: the price page.
Within 24 hours of the driver taking the bag. It comes back to the person or post that handed it over, so a bag left at the gatehouse is waiting there again next day. Heavy quilts and big blankets are slower and may need 48 hours.
- You get a WhatsApp note when we collect and when we deliver.
- Slots run every day, including Friday and Saturday.
A household of five typically fills twelve kilos twice weekly. Swimming towels and football kit weigh a lot, so a term week with galas and matches may need a third. Fix a regular collection day and the next pickup is planned without another message.
- Combine sizes freely: one small plus one large.
- Over 12 kg? Each extra kilo is AED 12.
- How often things need washing: our guide for UAE homes.
Yes, your staff can arrange it entirely on your behalf. In many Bloom Gardens villas someone already runs the home, and passing the washing to us frees hours for cooking and the children. You can stay in the WhatsApp thread and see every update too.
- Label bags per child if you want the piles kept apart.
- A note like no softener on the toddler's things is followed.
Yes, neighbouring areas book it in exactly this manner. People living there share a pin, choose a half hour and pay the identical bag rates. Their pickup and drop-off are free as well, and the clothes return folded by the following day.
- Next to the park: Khalifa Park bags by weight.
- By the creek: folded bags in Al Maqtaa.
Yes, both are dealt with before washing begins. Each Bloom Gardens bag is split into lights, darks and delicates, visible marks are pre-treated, and fine knits run on a soft programme alone. Tell us in the chat about anything special.
- Typical here: grass on football socks and sun cream on swimwear.
- Why colours fade: what strong sun does to fabric.
Yes, other services can ride with your bag. Mention them in the chat when booking and one driver takes everything together. There is still no fee for collection or return, and each added item is billed at its listed rate.
- Clothes: Just the Ironing; bedding: Bedroom and Bath Linen.
- Extras: School Trainers, Handbag Care and Gowns.
- The full menu: everything we collect in Bloom Gardens.
