Frequently Asked Questions
Anything that normally survives your washing machine and dryer. Villa families here fill bags with golf polos, gym leggings, school shirts, shorts, socks, pyjamas and bath towels. Leave the sorting to us: each load is split by colour and fabric before it goes near water.
- Blazers and silk dresses belong in pressed tailoring for Golf Gardens.
- Tell us if a piece should be air dried.
Bags cost AED 60 for 6 kg or AED 99 for 12 kg. Anything above the bag size is AED 12 for each additional kilo. Collection and return to a Golf Gardens villa are included without a fuel or mileage charge, whichever size you pick.
- Single pieces start from AED 4 if you only have a few.
- Compare on our rates page.
It is back at the villa inside 24 hours. The driver returns it to the same doorstep or member of staff who handed it over. Thick duvets and large blankets are the exception and can take 24 to 48 hours to dry properly.
- A WhatsApp message on pickup and on delivery.
- Slots on Fridays, Saturdays and holidays too.
Yes, polos, shorts and golf socks go in the same bag. We pull out whites and bright colours so they stay clean, check pockets for tees and ball markers, and pre-treat grass and sunscreen marks on collars before the wash.
- Golf shoes are handled by our footwear team.
- Sun and colour: why bright shirts fade outdoors.
Most larger families find a fixed weekly day easiest. A household of four or five often fills a 12 kg bag twice a week once school kit and swimming towels are counted. Tell us the day once and each week we simply confirm in the chat.
- Skip a week or add a bag with one reply.
- Guidance on frequency: how often towels and bedding need washing.
Yes, both communities next to Golf Gardens are included. Residents there book with the same WhatsApp message, pick whichever half hour suits and are charged identical rates per bag. Their pickup is free as well, and everything is home, folded, the next day.
- Next door: bags from Al Forsan Village.
- Close by: Sas Al Nakhl by the kilo.
We pre-treat marks and can wash gently on request. Every bag is inspected when we open it, and marks such as food, grass or make-up are worked on before the wash. If someone in the family has sensitive skin, say so and we skip fabric softener on their clothes.
- Baby clothes can be washed in a separate load.
- More reading: detergent and eczema explained.
Yes, other services can be added to the same collection. Mention them in your message and one driver collects everything at once. Pickup and return remain free for the whole order, and each item is priced at its standard rate.
- Home: Bedding Sets and Iron Only.
- Extras: Handbags, Hems and Bridal Wear.
