Frequently Asked Questions
Everyday washable clothes and household cotton. For a Villanova home this usually means uniform polos, sports shorts, pyjamas, towels, bed linen, leggings and a surprising number of socks. Tip the whole basket into the bag, and we separate colours and fabrics before any cycle starts.
- Shirts and suits for hangers belong with pressed office wear.
- How often sheets need changing in this heat: a UAE washing schedule.
Six kilos cost AED 60 anywhere in Villanova. Twelve kilos come to AED 99, with AED 12 added per kilo beyond that. Weight is what you pay for, not for counting pieces, and bringing the bag to and from your townhouse is free every single time.
- Just a couple of small items? A pair of socks is AED 4.
- The full list sits on our price page.
Within 24 hours of the driver collecting. The bag comes home sorted into stacks, towels with towels and uniforms with uniforms, or split child by child on request. Allow 24 to 48 hours for duvets and heavy throws; their thick centres dry slowly.
- WhatsApp messages mark the pickup and the drive back.
- Choose any half hour, any day.
The 12 kg bag covers most families of four. It holds five school days of uniforms, football gear, pyjamas, towels and weekend clothes in a Villanova townhouse with two children. Bigger weeks, such as after a camping trip, just add AED 12 per extra kilo rather than a second bag.
- 12 kg costs AED 99, 6 kg AED 60.
- Duvets can also go through sheets, duvets and towels.
Yes, book by Friday and they are folded for Sunday. Villanova parents often pick a Thursday or Friday slot so polos, skirts and PE kit are clean before the week starts. White shirts are washed apart from coloured items, and any food or grass marks are treated first.
- Name tags stay on, and nothing is cut or removed.
- Uniform trousers too short? Let the hems down.
Yes, the booking and prices match exactly. Neighbours there message their location, pay identical bag prices, and see clothes returned folded a day later. The driver's visit is free for them as well, and on many days the same van covers both streets on one morning round.
- Over the road: bags by the kilo in The Villa.
- Nearby: family bags in Arabian Ranches 3.
Yes, a bag by the front door works fine. Many Villanova families are out on the school run or at work, so they put it out on the porch and mention that when booking. A nanny, grandparent or older child can also meet the driver if you prefer.
- The folded clothes come back to the same place.
- Plans changed? Message us and the time moves.
Any of our other services can join it. Say what you are adding when you book, and it leaves your Villanova door alongside the bag. Extras are priced individually, and there is still no charge for the pickup or the drop-off.
- Hung: ironing for clothes you washed.
- Home: rugs and blackout curtains.
- Extras: football boots, school rucksacks, a favourite teddy.
