Welcome to Laundrykhalas Cleaning. By using our website, services, and mobile applications, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. Please read these terms carefully before placing an order.
1. Services and Orders
Laundrykhalas Cleaning provides premium house cleaning, deep cleaning, and commercial cleaning services across the United Arab Emirates.
We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or pose a risk to our staff.
Orders can be placed via our website, mobile interface, or directly through our official WhatsApp channel.
2. Service Scheduling
While we strive to meet scheduled arrival windows, times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or operational capacity.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that our cleaning staff has access to the premises at the scheduled time.
3. Damage and Loss Policy
In the rare event of damage or loss caused directly by our cleaning process or staff, claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, fragile items not secured properly, or standard wear and tear.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are subject to change without prior notice.
Payment must be settled upon completion of the service or as agreed during checkout. We accept credit/debit cards, cash, and online payments.
5. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
