Bags are weighed, and the first 6kg cost AED 60. Dry cleaning has its own price for each garment. Because the prices follow the clothes, guests of Royal Rose nearby pay what you pay.

Yes, the two are separate and you can use either one. Laundrykhalas is independent of the hotel and does not work for it, so you book with us directly. Many guests choose us when they need something back the same evening or when the bag is large, for example after a family beach day.

A 6kg bag of laundry is AED 60. The 12kg bag is AED 99. In both cases the clothes are washed, dried, folded and delivered back within a day, and a longer stay can share a bag. Families on a week's holiday often send two bags, one in the middle and one the night before flying home. Work shirts and suits are added at their own prices.

Both. Everyday clothes are charged by weight, and suits, dresses and ties by the piece. A mixed order is quoted as two separate lines in the chat, so you can see what each part costs. That keeps a long stay predictable, because the same rules apply to the second bag as to the first, and nothing is rounded up at the door.
