Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, every bag is weighed and billed to its owner. Write a name on each bag or tell us in the chat which is whose. They travel in the same pickup but are never mixed, and each person receives their own folded stack and their own total.
- Everyone can pay separately.
- Shirts to hang go to our hanger service here.
AED 60 covers a 6 kg bag and AED 99 a 12 kg bag. Past the bag's weight, every extra kilo costs AED 12. The driver's trip to your building and back is free, with nothing added for fuel or for distance, wherever in the area you live.
- Just a few socks or underwear? Those are AED 4 a piece.
- The full list: our price page.
By the same time the following day. Leave the bag with security at 7:30 on Monday and it is normally waiting there by Tuesday morning, folded. Duvets and thick blankets are slower, so for those allow a little longer, between 24 and 48 hours.
- WhatsApp messages mark pickup and return.
- Any day of the week works.
Quite a lot, because sportswear is light. Five sets of leggings or shorts with tops, a week of work polos, two pairs of jeans and a couple of towels usually stay below 6 kg. Heavy towels and denim add weight fastest, so a big towel week may tip into extra kilos.
- Each kilo over the bag is AED 12.
- Why fabric wears quicker here: washing in Dubai water and heat.
No, the pin is what counts for pickup. Blocks here may be marketed as JVC or Arjan while documents say Al Barsha South 2. Send the location and the building name you use, and the driver comes to that door, at the same price as anywhere else.
- Add your flat number to the chat.
- Neighbours: bags from JVC.
Yes, gym kit is sorted out and treated first. Stale sweat sits deep in synthetic fibres, so training tops and leggings are washed apart from everyday cotton, at a cooler setting that protects the stretch. Deodorant marks under the arms are worked on before the main wash.
- Send gym kit soon after training; old sweat is harder to shift.
- Read how often kit needs washing in this heat.
Yes, the whole neighbourhood is on the same service. Residents in the next communities message a pin and a half hour, just as you do. Bag prices never change by community, and there is no fee for bringing the bag to anyone's door and back.
- South of us: Arjan bags.
- Look through what we pick up in Al Barsha South 2.
Yes, anything else can ride in the same pickup. Put the full list in one WhatsApp and the driver collects it all in your slot. Every extra item has its own normal rate, and the collection and return still cost nothing at all.
- For hangers: Shirts and Suits or Pressing Alone.
- Bedroom: Bed Sheets.
- Extras: Gym Trainers and a Bridal Gown.
