Frequently Asked Questions
Anything you would put through a normal machine at home. For Arjan tenants that is mostly gym tops, leggings, T-shirts, jeans, pyjamas, towels and bed sheets. Mix it all in one bag; we split every bag by colour and fabric before washing, so there is no sorting for you.
- Shirts that should hang go to our Arjan hanger service.
- Bed sheets can go in; a thick duvet is slower to dry.
Six kilos are AED 60 and twelve kilos AED 99. Above that, each extra kilo is AED 12, weighed after pickup. Collection from your Arjan tower and return to the same lobby are free, and there is no charge added for fuel or distance.
- Sending only a few pieces? Each sock pair or underwear item is AED 4.
- See every rate on the Laundrykhalas rate card.
It is back one day after we collect it. The bag returns to the same place it was picked up from, whether that is reception, the security desk or your own door. Duvets and thick blankets take longer to dry, so give those a day or two, 24 to 48 hours.
- WhatsApp tells you when it is collected and when it is returning.
- Any day works; you set the thirty-minute window.
For most single tenants in Arjan, yes. Five days of office basics, a few gym sessions, pyjamas and two towels usually weigh under 6 kg, so the AED 60 bag covers it. Couples or flatmates sharing one bag tend to move up to the 12 kg size at AED 99.
- Anything over the bag weight is AED 12 per kilo.
- See how often each item needs washing here.
Yes, just message us on the same day each week. Plenty of Arjan residents hand it over first thing on Sunday, so Monday starts with a full wardrobe. Nothing is signed and nothing renews; book when the basket fills and simply stay quiet on weeks you are away.
- Message in your existing chat with the time you want.
- Neighbours book it too: Motor City bags.
Yes, sorting and stain treatment are part of the price. There is nothing to separate before you hand the bag over. We divide each Arjan bag by shade and material, work on sweat or food marks ahead of the wash, and give delicate items a separate gentle load.
- Gym kit sweat and coffee drips are routine jobs.
- Clothes wearing out fast? Read why washing in Dubai is hard on fabric.
Yes, nearby communities are covered the same way. Residents close to Arjan book with a WhatsApp pin and a time, just like you. Bag prices are identical in every community, and pickup and delivery remain free for all of them.
- Close by: bags from Al Barsha South 2.
- See everything we collect in Arjan.
Yes, other services can travel in that same collection. Write everything you are sending in a single WhatsApp message, and one driver takes the whole lot during your chosen slot. Extra items are billed at their normal rates, and pickup and delivery still cost you nothing.
- Hangers: Office Shirts or Just the Iron.
- Bedroom: Sheets and Towels.
- Extras: Running Shoes and Wedding Dresses.
