Frequently Asked Questions
Anything your home machine would normally handle can go in. For villa families that means school PE kit, T-shirts, shorts, pyjamas, jeans, kitchen cloths, bath towels and odd socks. There is no need to separate anything, because each bag is split into colours and fabric types ahead of washing.
- Suits, silk and shirts that should hang go to clean and press on hangers.
- Bed sheets can share the bag, while a heavy duvet needs up to 48 hours.
The 6 kg bag is AED 60; the 12 kg bag is AED 99. Each kilo past the bag limit costs AED 12. Pickup and return anywhere in Dubai Hills Estate are free, even for the smaller bag, and no distance fee is added.
- Big villa weeks often need two 12 kg bags.
- Compare item rates on our price list.
Expect it back within 24 hours of the pickup. It returns to the spot we took it from, whether that is your villa gate, a lobby desk at Park Heights or your own front door. Duvets and thick blankets are the exception and may take 24 to 48 hours to dry properly.
- You get a chat message at pickup and again on the way back.
- You pick the half-hour slot, on whichever day suits.
Yes, many villa households here send the whole week in one go. With children in school, swimming lessons and weekend sport, a home machine can run twice a day and still fall behind. Put it all in bags on one fixed day and you get it back folded a day later.
- A family of four usually fills a 12 kg bag at AED 99.
- Tips on wash frequency: how often to wash clothes and towels.
Yes, just ask for stacks by person when you book. Everything is folded and grouped by type as standard, and on request we keep each child's clothes together so they go straight to the right bedroom. Name labels or a short list in the chat help us sort matching uniforms correctly.
- Socks are paired, and small items are bagged together.
- Bedding can be kept in sets per room.
- Uniforms that need a hem go to alterations for school clothes.
Yes, nearby communities get the same bag service. Residents to the west and north book with a location pin and a half-hour slot, exactly as they do here. Rates stay the same from one community to the next, and pickup and delivery are always free.
- West side: bag collection in Al Barsha South 1.
- North side: weighed bags in Al Quoz 4.
Marks are treated before the main wash, and colours are kept apart. Football kit from Dubai Hills Park, sunscreen on swimwear and sweat on gym tops are all common here. Point out anything stubborn in your WhatsApp message and we give that spot extra attention first.
- Delicate pieces are pulled out and washed on a gentler cycle.
- Whites never share a cycle with dark colours.
- Why sun fades fabric: our note on colour loss in summer.
Yes, add them to the same collection. Mention them in the chat and the driver collects everything within your half-hour window. Pickup and delivery are still free, whatever you add to the bag, and anything extra is charged at its usual item rate.
- Clothes: Clean & Press and Ironed Shirts.
- Home: Bedding and Towel Sets.
- Extras: School Shoe Cleaning and Handbag Care.
