Frequently Asked Questions
Anything you would put in your own washer and dryer. For Al Quoz 1 villas that means T-shirts, school polos, shorts, gym kit, pyjamas, socks, underwear and kitchen towels. Mix it all in one bag; we split it by colour and fabric before any of it is washed.
- Keep out: suits, silk and shirts you want hung. Send those to our shirt and suit service.
- How often towels and sheets need washing in this heat: a guide for UAE homes.
Six kilos cost AED 60 in Al Quoz 1. Twelve kilos come to AED 99, and each kilo over the bag weight adds AED 12. With either size, collection from your villa and the return trip are included at no charge.
- Prefer paying per piece? Small items such as socks start at AED 4.
- Every rate is listed on our full price page.
The bag returns to your Al Quoz 1 door within 24 hours. Clothes arrive folded and grouped by type, ready to go straight into drawers. Heavy pieces such as duvets and thick blankets may need 24 to 48 hours, since they take longer to dry right through.
- WhatsApp messages confirm the pickup and tell you when the bag is heading back.
- Pickups run seven days, in a half hour you choose.
Yes, every tenant can book their own bag. Many Al Quoz 1 villas are shared, so each person sends a pin and time from their own phone and pays for their own weight. If you would rather send one bag, add a note and we keep each person's clothes apart.
- Name tags or separate carrier bags inside help us keep things apart.
- Each bag of 6 kg or more is free to collect on its own.
Yes, the twelve kilo bag suits a busy villa household. Parents in Al Quoz 1 often book the same morning each week and send uniforms, sports kit, towels and everyday clothes together. It is home again, folded, by the following day, so the weekend is not spent at the washing machine.
- Twelve kilos for AED 99, then AED 12 for every extra kilo.
- Sheets and duvet covers can go in too, or through the sheets and towels page.
Yes, the neighbouring communities book in exactly the same way. Send a pin from Al Quoz 3, Al Quoz 4, Al Safa 1 or Al Safa 2 with a pickup time. Prices and the 24-hour return are identical, and collection and delivery are free.
- Next door: bag service in Al Quoz 3.
- Across Sheikh Zayed Road: bag service in Al Safa 1.
No sorting is needed, but mentioning stains helps. When an Al Quoz 1 bag reaches us we separate colours and fabrics, work on any marks we can see, and give fragile items a wash of their own. Flag any particular spot in your WhatsApp message so we find it quickly.
- Grass and mud on football kit, and food on school shirts, are common ones.
- A child's teddy can come along: plush toys cleaned gently.
Any other service can ride along in the same collection. Name the extras when you message us about the bag, and the driver takes the lot during your chosen half hour. Each service is priced on its own, and pickup and delivery stay free.
- Hung clothes: office shirts and suits or ironing alone.
- Beds: duvets, sheets and towels.
- Extras: trainers, handbags and a wedding gown.

Al Quoz 1 is mostly villa streets on the inland side of Sheikh Zayed Road, with the warehouses and galleries of the wider Al Quoz further out. We collect weighed bags from those homes on every day of the week. Anything that belongs on a hanger rides with the bag: suits and work shirts, pressing without washing, and bedding sets.
