FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. Reception can hold a labelled bag for our driver. Mention in the chat that it is at the desk, and it is collected within the hour of your message. The same simple routine works for the return delivery.
- Label with name and apartment
- Clean clothes return to the desk
- We never need access to your apartment
We need the hotel, your name, your apartment and a short list. The number is Laundrykhalas, not the hotel, and the quote comes back before we send a driver. You can book in Arabic or in English.
- Flight time helps if you are leaving soon
- You can add items later
- Price confirmed before pickup
Same day. Anything the driver collects before 12 noon returns that evening, pressed and ready to wear. This works the same way for jackets, dresses and other pieces that need dry cleaning.
- Two-piece suit AED 50
- Silk tie AED 15
- After noon: next day
A light wash starts at AED 60. Each dry cleaned item carries its own price, and one message sets out the whole total before pickup, which makes it easy to agree the cost around the dinner table. If you add a piece later, the quote is simply updated.
- A large 12kg load is AED 99
- Extra kilos are AED 12 each
- The driver is free above AED 30
Items start at AED 4 and top out at AED 120. Guests at ABC Arabian Suites pay the identical list, so the address never changes the price. Low prices do not mean rushed work, because every stain is treated before cleaning starts.
- Shorts AED 12, skirts AED 21
- Jumpsuit AED 35, cardigan AED 25
- Winter jacket AED 120
That depends on the clothes. A bag of casual clothes is charged by weight, while shirts, dresses and suits have a price each, and one booking can combine the two, with each part listed separately in the quote so you can check it.
- Weighed bags from AED 60
- Dry cleaned polo shirt AED 15
- Pressed polo shirt AED 9
The next day after collection. Guests at Aloft Al Mina nearby receive the same service, and a bigger bag does not take longer to come back. Delivery is to reception or your door, and you get a message when the driver is outside.
- Folded flat or hung
- Towels fully dried
- Friday pickups are normal
Yes, and the price does not change. Tell us in your first message and the entire order is washed with fragrance-free detergent, including towels and nightwear, which many families with young children find kinder to sensitive skin.

In Al Raffa, Bur Dubai, behind Mankhool Street. Listings say the rooms have kitchenettes with a full-size refrigerator and a microwave, plus balconies and marble floors. Cooking at home is cheaper than eating out, but it does leave smells and splashes on clothes, which a wash clears.
- Tea towels and aprons can join the bag
- Oil and spice stains are treated first
- Bath mats AED 10
Yes, when the driver has it before 12 noon. Traditional pieces get hand care and come home that evening, in time for an event or Friday prayers, with the collar and cuffs pressed flat and the whites kept bright.
