FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, provided the bag is labelled. Put your surname and room number on it and say so in the chat. The driver asks for it at the desk and later brings the clean order to the same place. Care instructions on a label are followed wherever possible.
- Pickup within an hour of your message
- No need to wait in the room
- We text when the delivery is on its way
The hotel name, your name and room number. Add a brief list, such as swimwear and three shirts, and we answer with a quote and a collection time within minutes. We confirm the delivery with a message, so you know it has arrived.
- The number is +971 50 384 1660
- It belongs to us, not to the hotel
- Pickup free from AED 30
Yes, if the driver collects it before 12 noon. The suit is back on a hanger in the evening, so it is ready for the next morning. Orders are handled separately, so one guest’s clothes never mix with another’s.
- Blazer AED 40, trousers AED 18
- Two-piece suit AED 50
- The function room can host up to 30 people, per listings
Six kilos costs AED 60. It fits a week of pool and gym wear for one person, and heavier loads go in the 12kg bag at AED 99. It is dried and folded for the next day. We keep the chat open after delivery in case anything needs a second look.
- Swimwear AED 12
- Pool towel AED 6
- Gym kit goes in the same bag
Prices run from AED 12 to AED 65 a piece. They do not depend on the hotel, and guests at ibis Dubai Al Rigga pay the same as you. You can ask for pressing only on any garment that is already clean.
- Dress AED 40, jumpsuit AED 35
- An evening dress costs AED 65
- Silk tie AED 15, scarf AED 10
It depends on the fabric. Cotton shirts can be washed, silk and formal ones dry cleaned, and clean ones that merely creased are pressed. If something cannot be cleaned fully, we say so and send a photo first.
- Pressing on its own hanger: AED 9
- Dry cleaning: AED 15
- Washing: part of a 6kg bag at AED 60
No. The price in the quote is final for every hour of the day. Guests of Broadway Hotel a few doors along see exactly the same terms. The first reply usually arrives within a few minutes.
- No distance or fuel charge
- No minimum order
- Cancel before pickup for free
Yes, write fragrance-free in the first message. The whole order, towels and swimwear included, is washed without fragrance at the standard price. The price list is published, and your quote follows it item by item.
- Good for children and sensitive skin
- Same price per bag
- Returned in a day
The Al Rigga metro station is a walk of about five minutes. DXB is a quick taxi ride of 10 to 15 minutes, a little longer at rush hour. Nothing is collected until you have seen and agreed the total.
- Al Ghurair Centre is under 1 km
- Pickup at the doors or reception
- Drivers pass the area through the day
Send them the same day, in a bag, and say they are damp. Damp fabric left in a case turns musty within hours, so the sooner it reaches us the better the result, and swimwear is rinsed before it is washed. Mention a flight or meeting time in your message and we plan the return around it.
- Towels return folded, swimwear flat
- A 6kg bag costs AED 60, a pool towel AED 6
- Chlorine is rinsed out before the main wash
