FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions
No, hand the bag to the desk and carry on with your day. Give the desk your name and room number, then say so in the chat. Clean laundry comes back to the same counter and a message tells you it has arrived, so a morning at Splash is never interrupted.
- Collection inside the hour
- Return to the desk with a text alert
- Your room stays closed
Send three things: the hotel, your name and your room number. The number +971 50 384 1660 is ours, not the hotel front desk. List the garments roughly and a price returns before any driver is dispatched.
- Say, for example, one swimwear bag and two dresses
- Orders above AED 30 travel free both ways
- Mention your flight if it is close
By evening, when the driver has it before midday. A later hand-over means collecting it the next day instead. Jackets and trousers are cleaned, pressed and returned hanging, ready for a wedding or a night out in the city.
- A two-piece suit is priced at AED 50
- A three-piece suit is priced at AED 60

- Dry cleaning: AED 15 a shirt
- The quote arrives before pickup
A 6kg bag is priced at AED 60 and a 12kg bag AED 99. Four people on a week's holiday typically fit in the larger bag. Kilos beyond 12 are AED 12 each, and delivery to the hotel is priced at nothing once the order passes AED 30.
- Dried and folded, ready next day
- Fragrance-free if you ask
- No fuel or distance charge
Laundrykhalas charges AED 60 for a 6kg wash, dry and fold. Centara Mirage, the neighbouring resort, is served at the same rate, because the price follows the weight and the garment, never the hotel.
- Extra kilos: AED 12 each
- Ironing a hung shirt: AED 9
- Back the next day
Do not rub it; send the garment for dry cleaning. Whether it was The Moon, Spices or the buffet, each mark is looked at before cleaning and we say honestly if it will stay. A shirt is AED 15 and a dress AED 40, back by evening if given over before midday.
- Marks are checked piece by piece
- You receive a photo if a mark will not lift
- Evening return after a noon hand-over
