LEGOLAND Hotel: Laundry, Dry Cleaning & Pressing
Laundrykhalas runs a laundry service for families staying at LEGOLAND Hotel Dubai, the 250-room themed hotel beside the theme parks at Dubai Parks and Resorts in Jebel Ali. Because the resort is a long drive from the city, we agree a laundry pickup time with you on WhatsApp. Water-park swimwear, muddy trainers and a well-loved teddy go out, and dry cleaning is available for the grown-up clothes.

Laundry for a family break at the parks
Message us your flight time and we say when the bag must go. The list below covers where families at the LEGOLAND Hotel spend their days, and what each outing leaves in the laundry.
Will it be back before we fly home?
Pick your flight time. We count 3 hours at the airport on international flights plus the drive from Dubai Parks and Resorts, which is much longer than from the city.

FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions
We agree the time with you in the chat. Dubai Parks and Resorts is a long way from our city loops, so we do not promise an hour. Tell us when you will be back from the park, and the driver comes at that time, whether that is after the morning rides or just before dinner at Riverland.
- Pickup slot set on WhatsApp
- The driver comes to the hotel lobby
- Return time confirmed with the slot
Yes, leave it with the desk. Give reception your name and room number and message us the time. The driver collects from the desk, which is helpful when the family is already on the rides, and the clean bag comes back to the desk the same way.
- Name and room on the bag
- Collected at the agreed slot
- Returned to the same desk
Send your name, room number and a short list. Add how many people the bag is for, your preferred time and whether anyone has sensitive skin. A photo of any bad stain helps us quote the right treatment, and we confirm the total in the chat before the car sets off.
- Hotel, name and room number
- Items: swimwear, towels, shirts
- A time that suits your day
Yes, they are washed and dried flat. Chlorine, sunscreen and sand are rinsed out, and swimwear keeps its stretch. Put wet items in a plastic bag so they stay fresh until the driver arrives, and tell us if anything is delicate or brightly coloured.
- Swimwear AED 12
- Beach towel AED 6
- Folded within a day
Yes, we wash them by hand. Toys are cleaned gently so their filling and fur stay soft, then dried and returned in two to three days. Send them early if you leave in a few nights, and mention any toy that is battery powered so we handle it separately.
- Small toy AED 55
- Medium AED 70, large AED 120
- Returned within two or three days
It depends on whether you send a bag or single items. Everyday clothes are charged by weight and dressier pieces by item. Family bags are the cheapest way to clear a week of park clothes, and you see the price in the chat first, so there are no surprises when the bag comes back.
- 6kg for AED 60
- 12kg for AED 99
- Free collection above AED 30
Yes, at no extra cost. Ask in your first message and the whole order is washed with an unscented, skin-friendly detergent. Baby clothes are AED 6 each and pressed gently, which suits toddlers whose skin reacts to scented products.
- Unscented wash, same price
- Baby items AED 6 each
- Request it when booking
It is possible, but shoes need two to four days. A child's pair costs AED 35. If your stay is short, we can deliver them to any Dubai address afterwards, or to LAPITA if you move there.
- Child's pair AED 35
- Adult pair AED 55
- Delivery to another address on request
Yes, including the Rove hotel beside the parks. Our driver also visits Rove At The Park on the same trip, so slots are often easy to arrange. Prices and booking are identical at both hotels, and the same driver may serve you both on the same afternoon.
- Same price list as the city
- Same WhatsApp number
- Slots agreed in the chat
