Pick your flight time. Overseas departures want roughly three hours in the terminal, and the Delta is a long drive from Dubai International, so road time is added.
Reaching Dubai International by taxi takes 45 to 65 minutes, while Al Maktoum is much nearer, at 20 to 30 minutes.

Yes, Marriott converted the Maisan Hotel into a Delta. The change was announced in December 2022. Some booking sites still list the older name; the driver goes to the same entrance for either, so write the name you booked under.

Who you are, your room and what is in the bag. The line belongs to Laundrykhalas, not hotel reception. Something like four shirts, a suit and a sports bag is a complete list, and a price plus a pickup time return before the driver sets out.

Yes, when the driver takes it before noon. We clean and press the suit, then it is returned hanging before 11 pm. A later pickup means the next day, so ahead of an early flight from Al Maktoum, send the suit sooner and tell us the time.

Washing is AED 60 for 6kg. Twelve kilos cost AED 99. Dry-cleaned garments carry their own prices, which you see before collection, and the trip out to the Delta never carries a fuel or distance supplement, however far into the park the hotel is.

They need more attention to grass and sweat. Polo shirts and golf trousers are inspected for green stains, then either laundered or dry cleaned according to the fabric label. Golf shoes get a hand clean, and a protective spray can be added for AED 20.
