Business shirts and polos are AED 15, trousers AED 18, blazers AED 40, two-piece suits AED 50 and kanduras AED 15. Pieces with us before midday can return to Novotel World Trade Centre Dubai that night; later ones come back next day.

Already washed but crumpled? Polos and T-shirts on hangers are AED 9, folded shirts AED 10, trousers AED 12 and blazers AED 25. Pressed items are ready for the next morning’s opening.

Aimed at people living in flats near the World Trade Centre, not hotel guests. Sheets cost AED 18, duvet covers AED 25, towels AED 6 and table cloths AED 15. Linen returns in a day; heavy duvets in two.

A dropped hem or a waist that needs taking in is AED 40, a pocket repair on a jacket AED 40 and a replaced trouser zip AED 40. Most simple jobs take 48 to 72 hours, so book early in the show week.

For homes around the World Trade Centre district, not for the hotel. Carpet costs AED 20 per square metre (wool AED 26); curtains AED 20 per square metre or AED 25 with blackout lining. Allow three days.

For guests in town for a wedding. Wedding dresses are cleaned from AED 250, beaded ones from AED 450, and an acid-free preservation box costs AED 210. Bridal work takes between 7 and 14 days.

Brand characters walking the halls get hot and grubby. A small mascot suit is AED 200, medium AED 230, large AED 250, and each accessory AED 30. Costumes take three to five days, so send them between shows.

The hotel has a kids club and family rooms, and toys get grubby on holiday. A small one is AED 55, medium AED 70, large AED 120. Each is dried slowly and returned in two to three days.

For residents in the towers around the exhibition district rather than hotel guests. Regular sofa covers are AED 35, large AED 40, and medium cushion covers AED 15. Covers come back in two to three days.

For winter shows and cooler evenings. Leather jackets begin at AED 150, leather coats or blazers at AED 130, and leather shoes or boots at AED 180. Leather is cleaned by hand and conditioned over three to five days.
