Premier Inn Dubai International Airport on 52B Street
Premier Inn opened this hotel in January 2010, its third in Dubai, with 281 en-suite rooms facing Terminals 1 and 3. Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, chairman of Emirates, performed the opening, and listings record a renovation in 2024. The address is 52B Street in Al Garhoud, beside the Dubai Metro. The hotel lists a 24-hour gym, a meeting room, free parking and runway views from some rooms, and a free 24-hour shuttle serves both terminals. Crowne Plaza Dubai Festival City is the closest large hotel across the airport road.
