Yes. Put your name and room number on the bag, leave it at the desk, then message us. The driver collects it there and clean clothes return to the same place, so you need not wait in the room.

Yes, when we collect it before 12 noon. It returns pressed, on a hanger, the same evening. Later requests take about a day, so a morning booking is best when you dress for a dinner or an early flight.

A 6kg bag of washing costs AED 60. Dry cleaning and pressing are priced per garment, and the whole total appears in the chat before the car is sent. Radisson Blu Deira Creek guests are charged the same, and the total can still be revised if you add an item.

It works out at AED 10 a kilo for 6kg. For 12kg it is about AED 8 a kilo, with drying and folding included. Heavier loads cost AED 12 for every extra kilo, so a very large order is still easy to price.

No, dry cleaning costs more per item. It is meant for suits, silk and dresses, while tees and towels are better washed by weight, which saves money on a long stay.

Yes, at the same price. Mention it once and the entire order, towels included, is washed with unscented detergent. It is a gentle choice for children and sensitive skin, and nothing else changes.

Yes, shoes, bags, soft toys and leather as well. These take longer than clothes, so book them early in your stay and mention each one in the first message. Guests of Carlton Tower Hotel next door send them too, and we collect them with the clothes.
