Vida Dubai Marina & Yacht Club on the Marina Promenade
Emaar Hospitality Group opened Vida Dubai Marina & Yacht Club in December 2022, on the waterfront promenade where the marina's original yacht club used to stand. The tower holds 158 hotel rooms and more than 300 residences, with a rooftop pool, a fitness centre and a kids' club, and Origins and Stage2 for eating.
