Ziqoo Hotel Apartments: Laundry, Dry Cleaning & Pressing
Ziqoo Hotel Apartments, a three-star aparthotel in Discovery Gardens in The Gardens district, has studios and one-bedroom units with their own kitchens. Residents who would rather not iron can book Laundrykhalas by WhatsApp. This laundry service reaches an area far from central Dubai, so the laundry pickup hour is something we work out together. FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, reception can keep the bag until the driver arrives. Mark it with your apartment number and tell us in the chat. The driver confirms by text once the bag has been collected.
- Pickup time set together in the chat
- A text when the clean bag is back
- You can be out all day
Write the building, your apartment number, your name and the load. Laundrykhalas, not Ziqoo, sends the quote and proposes a pickup time for you to accept.
- Example: kitchen towels, gym kit and shirts
- One word in reply confirms the hour
- Night-time messages are answered too
Often yes, if the suit is with us by 12 noon. We write back with a delivery time, because the drive from Discovery Gardens is long. A later handover means tomorrow.
- Two-piece suit: AED 50
- Dress from AED 40
- Evening delivery runs until 11 pm
A home machine cannot dry clean suits, dresses or leather. We take those pieces and bulky bedding, and your machine keeps the daily socks and tees. Shirts that come out of the dryer creased can be pressed on a hanger.
- Suit AED 50, dress from AED 40
- Bedding in a weighed bag: 6kg AED 60
- Shirt pressed only: AED 9
Laundrykhalas does, by arrangement, at AED 12 to AED 120 a piece. The driver goes through the items at reception so the count matches your quote, and we add no distance fee.
- Shirt AED 15, suit AED 50
- Evening dress AED 65
- Silk tie AED 15
Yes, gym kit and towels join the weighed bag. We wash, dry and fold them, so nothing hangs in your studio. Trainers are cleaned separately, at AED 55 a pair.
- 6kg bag: AED 60
- Trainers take two to four days

- Dry cleaning in by noon can return that evening
- Airport 45 to 65 minutes away by taxi
The WhatsApp chat is your record. It lists the items, the price and the times. Screenshot it for an expense claim; the total is shown before pickup, so nothing is added later.
- Total confirmed before pickup
- Same number day and night
- Listings show a 24-hour business centre in the building
One listing calls it a Japanese-style hotel. It is a three-star aparthotel in building ZEN 3 with about 169 units, and reception holds bags for our driver whatever the style.
- Studios and one-bedroom units
- Gym, library and restaurant listed
- Pickup time agreed in the chat
Dubai International is 45 to 65 minutes away by taxi. Al Maktoum is 25 to 35. Because the ride is long, hand over washing the day before you fly, and send your flight time so we can name the last pickup, whether you are here or at Oaks Ibn Battuta Gate.
