Families staying there book us themselves on WhatsApp and leave the bag at reception, where we collect it and later return it. We are not connected to the hotel in any way; its front desk is simply the handover point. Homes on the island are served through our Palm Jumeirah laundry for frond villas and towers.

Send them in; that is what we see most. Chlorine, sun cream, sand and ice cream marks are pre-treated before washing. Everything is sorted by fabric and colour first, and small or delicate pieces are kept apart from heavier items like towels so they are not stretched or faded in the wash.
- Pool towel: AED 6.
- Swimsuit: AED 12.
Yes, the same pickup can take all three. Soft toys are washed by hand and dried soft, children's shoes are cleaned in pairs, and towels and robes go through with the rest of the order. Shoes and toys are priced separately from clothes, so ask on WhatsApp if you want a quote first.
- Kids' shoes: AED 35 a pair.
- Bathrobe: AED 16.
Yes, for any order above AED 50. There is no extra fee for distance or fuel to reach the West Crescent, and pickup runs seven days a week. A normal family bag passes the AED 50 mark on its own, since the 6 kg bag alone costs AED 60.
