Wash and Fold in The Greens
With Laundrykhalas, wash and fold clears the weekly pile from a flat in The Greens in one bag: gym shirts, jeans, pyjamas, pool towels and pillowcases. Hand it to the lobby watchman in Al Ghozlan or leave it by your door near The Greens Souk, and it returns sorted and folded within 24 hours. A 6 kg bag costs AED 60 and the 12 kg bag AED 99.

Frequently Asked Questions
Put in anything your own washer at home could handle. From Greens flats that usually means gym kit, T-shirts, jeans, pyjamas, kitchen cloths, bath towels and pillowcases. Mix it all together, because we separate each bag by colour and fabric before washing starts.
- Office shirts and blazers that need hangers go to shirts and suits returned hanging.
- A cotton sheet goes in too; a thick duvet takes a day or two longer.
Your first 6 kg cost AED 60 in total. Choose the bigger sack and 12 kg comes to AED 99, with AED 12 added per kilo beyond that. As the smaller bag is already over AED 30, nobody in The Greens pays to have it picked up or dropped, and no fuel or distance charge is added on top.
- Just a few small items? Socks or underwear are AED 4 each.
- See every rate on one page.
Your bag comes back roughly one day after pickup. It returns to the spot where it was collected, whether that is the watchman, the front desk or your own flat door. Only heavy duvets and thick blankets need longer, around 24 to 48 hours, since their filling dries slowly.
- WhatsApp tells you at pickup and again when it heads back.
- Any day of the week, in the half hour you choose.
For most single residents the 6 kg bag is plenty. A week of office wear, gym clothes, two towels and a set of sheets tends to fit inside it. If one week runs over, the extra is AED 12 per kilo, so you never need to hold anything back for later.
- Couples and families usually move up to the AED 99 bag.
- How often to wash what in this climate: our washing schedule for the UAE.
Yes, hosts bag up towels and bedding after each checkout. Book a pickup for the morning your guests leave, and everything returns within 24 hours, folded and ready for the next stay. We collect from the flat door or the lobby, depending on what your building allows.
- A two-bedroom changeover usually fills the 12 kg bag.
- Prefer linen kept in sets? Try bedding and bath sets for Greens flats.
Yes, both neighbours get the same bag service. Residents there book just as you do, sending a pin and choosing a thirty-minute slot. Prices are identical in each community, and every single order is collected and returned free wherever you are.
- Next door: bag collection in The Views.
- Across the way: the weighed bag in Barsha Heights.
Yes, both are part of the bag price. We open each Greens bag and divide it by colour and fabric, treat visible marks such as sweat or sun cream first, and wash anything delicate on a separate cycle. If one item matters more, mention it when you book.
- Deodorant marks on gym tops are a common request.
- Dark jeans losing colour? Why strong sunlight bleaches fabric.
Yes, extras can ride along in the same visit. Put everything in a single WhatsApp message and the driver takes it together in your half-hour window. The bag already qualifies for free pickup on its own, and extra services keep their normal prices.
- Clothes: ironing only and hems and fixes.
- Home: rugs and curtains.
- Extras: running shoes, work totes and a wedding gown.
