Yes, if there is spare fabric in the hem, we can. Many school trousers are made with extra length folded inside for exactly this reason. Send them in with the rest of the week's pickup and we will tell you how much length is available before any work starts.

Yes, abayas and kanduras are shortened regularly. Plain abayas are taken up by carefully reworking the hem, while embroidered or lace edges are removed and put back so the pattern stays whole. Kanduras can be shortened and fitted at the sides or shoulders as well.

No, most jobs work without anyone being home. Pin the new length with safety pins, or send a photo with measurements in the WhatsApp chat, and leave the garment with reception. For bigger resizing work we may ask for a well-fitting item to copy.

A plain trouser hem is AED 40, and jeans hems are also AED 40. Jeans can keep their original hem, which looks untouched afterwards. Pickup and delivery anywhere in JVC are free, so even a single hem travels to the tailor and back at no charge.
