Common questions
What goes in a Wash & Fold bag in Galali?
Everyday clothes such as t-shirts, trousers, pyjamas, gym wear, socks and underwear. Whites, colours and darks are washed apart, then tumble dried, folded and packed.
What if a dry-clean-only item is in my bag?
We set it aside instead of washing it. Silks, suits and abayas go through Clean & Press and are priced per item.
Can I choose my detergent or softener?
Yes. Tell us when you book on WhatsApp and we wash your bag with it.

Can you remove yellowing from towels?

What Galali Residents Get From Laundrykhalas
Weight Pricing for Families
Pay for the kilos: In a Galali villa with several children, counting socks is pointless. The mixed bag costs BD 6.000 for up to 6 kg, and extra kilos are BD 1.200, so the bill follows the scale. The 12 kg separate bag at BD 9.900 keeps whites, darks and gym kit in their own loads.
Abayas Pressed Along the Seams
Abayas done one at a time: Each abaya is cleaned alone, so dark fabric never sits with lighter clothes, and then pressed along the seams and sleeves. It costs BD 2.500 and returns on a hanger. Shaylas and hijabs are BD 1.000, so a whole outfit for a family visit goes out together.
Free Visits to Your Villa
The driver comes without a fee: Galali pickups and returns cost nothing on orders of BD 3.000 or more. Two shirts at BD 1.500 each meet that exactly and get a visit as readily as four full bags. The only payment is for the cleaning, confirmed on WhatsApp in advance and paid at the door by BENEFIT, card or cash.
Turnaround of a Single Day
24 hours for the everyday: Bags, pressed clothes, ironing, towels and bed linen come back to Galali within 24 hours. That fits a family rhythm of school, work and weekend visits. Shoes, handbags, rugs, alterations and wedding dresses take longer, and we give you a return date in the chat for those.
