Common questions
What goes in a Wash & Fold bag in Jid Ali?
Everyday clothes such as t-shirts, trousers, pyjamas, gym wear, socks and underwear. Whites, colours and darks are washed apart, then tumble dried, folded and packed.
What if a dry-clean-only item is in my bag?
We set it aside instead of washing it. Silks, suits and abayas go through Clean & Press and are priced per item.
Can I choose my detergent or softener?
Yes. Tell us when you book on WhatsApp and we wash your bag with it.

Common questions
Can you wash a duvet or comforter that does not fit my machine?
Yes. We use large-capacity machines and dry it fully so the filling does not clump. Bulky pieces can take up to 48 hours.
Does washing bedding help with allergies?
Sheets are washed hot to clear dust mites and allergens. Ask for fragrance-free washing when you book.
Can you remove yellowing from towels?
Yes. Oxygen brighteners lift yellowing, cosmetics and oil marks without chlorine, which weakens fibres.

Why Jid Ali Families Use Laundrykhalas for Laundry
Free Collection From BD 3.000
One simple rule: Every Jid Ali address gets free pickup and return on orders of BD 3.000 or more, from the villas off Road 2184 to the homes close to the Tubli boundary. Four bags after guests leave pass that many times over, and so does a coat at BD 4.500. The bill covers cleaning alone, using one Bahrain tariff across all areas.
WhatsApp, Two Languages
Book how you like: Type Arabic or English, or leave a voice note while cooking. Snap the mark on a dress. Our team replies with a confirmed hour, and you use the same thread to change a time or ask what a duvet cover costs. There is no app to install.
Dresses and Abayas Handled Well
For the clothes that matter: A dress costs BD 4.000 and an evening dress BD 6.500, cleaned individually and hung under a cover. Abayas are BD 2.500 and come back even and black. Send outfits for a wedding or Eid a few days early, and the whole family's clothes arrive together.
A Day, Door to Door
Quick enough for daily life: Within 24 hours of pickup, bags, pressed garments, ironing and linen reach Jid Ali again. That keeps towels fresh through the humid summer without the musty smell. Shoes, handbags, rugs and wedding gowns need more time, and the chat tells you their date.
