Mandarin Oriental, Doha opened in March 2019 as the first hotel in Msheireb Downtown, set at the centre of Barahat Msheireb with rooms, suites and serviced apartments, a large spa and a ballroom. Within its first year of operation it gained a Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star rating, and it has held that rating every year since.
