Laundrykhalas provides premium laundry, dry cleaning, alterations, shoe care, and bag care services.

We reserve the right to refuse service for garments that are heavily soiled, damaged, or pose a risk to our machinery or staff.

Orders can be placed via our website, mobile interface, or directly through our official WhatsApp channel.

We offer free pickup and delivery across all serviced neighborhoods in Qatar, subject to a minimum order value where specified.

While we strive to meet scheduled pickup and delivery windows, times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or operational capacity.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they or an authorized representative are available to hand over or receive garments at the scheduled time.

We inspect all garments prior to cleaning. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, color bleeding, or shrinkage that occurs during standard cleaning processes.

Customers must notify us of any special care instructions, delicate fabrics, or unique requirements at the time of order placement.

Please check all pockets before handing over garments. Laundrykhalas is not responsible for lost personal items left in clothing.

In the rare event of damage or loss caused directly by our cleaning process or handling, our liability is limited to a maximum of 10 times the cleaning cost of the specific item.

Any claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. The item must be returned with its original tags intact for inspection.

All prices are quoted in Qatari Riyals (QAR) and are subject to change without prior notice.

Payment must be settled upon delivery or as agreed during checkout. We accept credit/debit cards, cash on delivery, and online payments.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Qatari courts.
