How We Clean Soft Toys in Al Gharrafa
Check and Test
Seams, fixings and filling are checked, electronics found and dealt with, and the dye colour-tested on a hidden patch. Anything already loose or likely to stay stained is reported before cleaning starts.
Hand Wash and Sanitise
Washed by hand at low temperature in sections, never in a drum, then sanitised through the filling to deal with dust mites and bacteria rather than just the smell.
Dry, Brush and Check
Air-dried at room temperature until the core of the stuffing is dry, then brushed out along the fur so the pile stands up, and checked over once more before it is packed.

A dragon with a wingspan wider than a pillow is medium, QAR 70. Smaller fantasy plush costs QAR 55, and a dragon big enough to sit on is QAR 120. Al Gharrafa homes get a free van, and the price includes checking trims, cleaning, sanitising, drying and grooming.

The dragon lands home in 2 to 3 days. Velvet wings dry quickly, but the chunky body needs longer in still air, and heat could melt glitter or warp the wings. Dragon themed party on the way? Share the date and we will try to beat it.
- Glitter kept from heat.
- Date confirmed by message.
Yes, it is safe for little dragon keepers. Horns, claws and eyes are the bits toddlers chew, so each gets a gentle tug before washing. The clean uses lukewarm water and a mild sanitiser for fabric, then a full air dry. Anything flaky or loose is reported to you.
- No perfume.
- Claws and horns checked.
Yes, often. Dragons that roar or flap usually have the box in the belly behind velcro, so it comes out and goes back in after drying. A box stitched inside is wrapped and stays out of the water. If we think it may break, you hear before we start.
- Glued scales tested.
- Roar box kept dry.
Yes, the wings should still spread. Spinning would crease them and squash the spikes, so every part is cleaned by hand. Wings dry flat, and once the stuffing is dry, the plush is brushed up and the spikes pinched back into points.
- Flaked glitter cannot be replaced.
- We say so at pickup.
Yes, fantasy plush is often a bedtime guard, so it needs it. Mites move into the stuffing of anything that sleeps beside a child. Sanitiser is pushed through the dragon's filling and it dries completely, which cuts their numbers far more than a wipe could.
- Good for children with eczema.

Soft Toys We Clean in Al Gharrafa Al Gharrafa.
"My daughter's bear has been slept with for four years and I was too scared to wash it. It came back clean and still soft, and she did not notice anything different about it, which was the whole point."
via Google "We do this every couple of months now because of my son's asthma. They clean the bedding and his two toys together and the difference in his mornings is obvious."
"Big unicorn plush, about a metre tall. Took three days because of the drying, which they told me upfront, and it came back fluffy instead of the flat mess I got from the washer last time."
via Trustpilot "They found a loose eye on one of the toys and told me instead of sending it back like that. Small thing, but with a toddler in the house it mattered."
"We sent eleven toys from our nursery playroom. Collected on Sunday, back midweek, all labelled and counted correctly. The batch price was fair for the work."
via Website "A singing elephant with the sound box sewn in. I assumed it was not washable. They cleaned around the unit and it still plays, so I was wrong."
"My mother's teddy from the sixties. They said in advance the faded patches would not improve and not to expect white, and that honesty is why I used them again."
