How We Clean Soft Toys in Al Murra
Check and Test
Seams, fixings and filling are checked, electronics found and dealt with, and the dye colour-tested on a hidden patch. Anything already loose or likely to stay stained is reported before cleaning starts.
Hand Wash and Sanitise
Washed by hand at low temperature in sections, never in a drum, then sanitised through the filling to deal with dust mites and bacteria rather than just the smell.
Dry, Brush and Check
Air-dried at room temperature until the core of the stuffing is dry, then brushed out along the fur so the pile stands up, and checked over once more before it is packed.

Al Murra Soft Toy Questions
Everything you need to know about our footwear restoration process in Al Murra.
Long plush is priced by length. A crocodile up to half a metre is QAR 70, while anything longer, like a sofa length croc, is QAR 120. Small toys in Al Murra cost QAR 55, and every figure covers the washing, sanitiser, drying and grooming plus a free trip to your gate.
- Length decides the band.
- See the Laundrykhalas price list.
Even a metre long croc is back in 2 to 3 days. Its body is laid straight on a rack so water can leave every section evenly, and a heater would only warp it. If your child cannot sleep without their croc, mention it and we will aim for the earliest honest day.
- Laid straight to dry.
- The date arrives by message.
Yes, the teeth are soft felt, not plastic. We still tug each tooth, the eyes and the ridges along the back before any washing. Then lukewarm water and a sanitiser made for fabric do the cleaning, and the crocodile is not packed until every section is dry.
- No added scent.
- Every tooth tugged.
Sometimes. Crocodiles that snap or make swamp sounds hide a unit in the head, which can usually come out through a seam and go back later. Units stitched inside get a tight waterproof wrap. If we think the mechanism might fail, we message you before going on.
- Glued ridges tested.
- Units stay dry.
Yes, it should still stretch the full length of the bed. Spinning would fold it and drag the filling into the tail, so every section is washed on its own and then dried lying straight. Once dry, the plush is brushed along its length so it feels soft from snout to tail.
- Squashed sections only partly recover.
- We say so first.
Yes, and a long toy has a lot of stuffing to hide in. Dust and dust mites spread along the whole body, which is why we work the sanitiser into each section in turn. A complete dry afterwards stops them settling straight back in.
- Good for children with allergies.

Soft Toys We Clean in Al Murra Al Murra.
"My daughter's bear has been slept with for four years and I was too scared to wash it. It came back clean and still soft, and she did not notice anything different about it, which was the whole point."
via Google "We do this every couple of months now because of my son's asthma. They clean the bedding and his two toys together and the difference in his mornings is obvious."
"Big unicorn plush, about a metre tall. Took three days because of the drying, which they told me upfront, and it came back fluffy instead of the flat mess I got from the washer last time."
via Trustpilot "They found a loose eye on one of the toys and told me instead of sending it back like that. Small thing, but with a toddler in the house it mattered."
"We sent eleven toys from our nursery playroom. Collected on Sunday, back midweek, all labelled and counted correctly. The batch price was fair for the work."
via Website "A singing elephant with the sound box sewn in. I assumed it was not washable. They cleaned around the unit and it still plays, so I was wrong."
"My mother's teddy from the sixties. They said in advance the faded patches would not improve and not to expect white, and that honesty is why I used them again."
