Laundry & Dry Cleaning at Kempinski Palm Jumeirah.
Laundrykhalas runs a laundry service for the suites, penthouses and villas of Kempinski Palm Jumeirah, out on the West Crescent of Palm Jumeirah. People here live in for weeks, cook in their own kitchens and fill a hamper fast. One WhatsApp message brings a driver along West Crescent Road inside the hour for a laundry pickup. AED 99 covers 12kg of wash & fold, dry cleaning goes by the garment, and everyday clothes are home again in a day.

A wardrobe that lasts the stay
With a kitchen and a home-sized suite, the laundry grows like it does at home. Send the mid-stay bag and travel with half the clothes. - In a suite with its own kitchen, a week here feels like home, and so does the washing pile. Send the mid-stay bag and it returns folded next day, so you pack for one week and still stay three.
Families in family suites
Kids' club mornings, splash pool afternoons and sandy evenings use up small outfits. AED 99 for 12kg keeps the whole family going. - Families in the two-bedroom family suites spend days between Titan Tikes, the splash pool and the sand. AED 99 for 12kg covers plenty of small swim shorts and T-shirts, and each family's clothes stay in their own bag all the way.
Wedding and event guests
Weddings and parties on the garden lawns call for a sharp outfit on a fixed day. Morning dry cleaning can be ready by evening. - Wedding parties and event guests on the West Side Lawn or a beach event space need a shirt, suit or dress ready on the day. Hand dry cleaning over before midday and it may come back that evening; a two-piece costs AED 50.
Owners and long-stay residents
Owners and long-stay guests can set a weekly pickup day and add their own curtains, rugs or sofa covers when needed. - Residence owners and long-stay guests treat Kempinski Palm Jumeirah as home. We can collect on the same day every week, and owners can add their own curtains, rugs and sofa covers, never hotel furnishings, to the same WhatsApp chat.

Still have questions?
Ask on WhatsAppKempinski Palm Jumeirah stands on West Crescent Road, on the western arm of the outer Crescent, with Raffles The Palm as a close neighbour and Jumeirah Zabeel Saray about 2 km further along. Cars come off the Trunk through the Crescent tunnel by Atlantis and turn west. Our drivers drive that same circuit for villas, flats and hotels across Palm Jumeirah, so a pickup here still comes within 60 minutes.
History
First suites on the West Crescent.
Kempinski Hotel & Residences Palm Jumeirah was built by EPG Hotels & Resorts, the hotel arm of Emerald Palace Group, and is run by Kempinski. It opened on 1 September 2011 as Kempinski's first beachfront property in Dubai, with 244 suites, penthouses and villas from 112 to 894 square metres and no standard rooms at all. It was planned for both short and long stays, with homes sold to owners and five acres of gardens around a 1,200 sqm pool. Its sister hotel next door, once the Emerald Palace Kempinski, is now Raffles The Palm. Because so many people live here like at home, the laundry looks like a household's too.
- 2010The building on the West Crescent is completed for its owner, EPG Hotels & Resorts.
- 1 Sep 2011Kempinski Hotel & Residences Palm Jumeirah opens, the brand's first beachfront property in Dubai, with 244 suites, penthouses and villas.
- Nov 2018EPG's second hotel nearby on the West Crescent opens under Kempinski as the Emerald Palace Kempinski.
- Aug 2021The hotel marks ten years, with more than 750,000 guests welcomed and 17 of the original team still working there.
- 2021Kempinski and EPG end the Emerald Palace contract by mutual consent; Kempinski keeps running this hotel, and the neighbour later becomes Raffles The Palm.
- Apr 2022Villamoré, a Mediterranean beach restaurant and club with 225 seats, opens on the hotel's beach.
