Yes, sheets and towels come back within 24 hours. Book on WhatsApp as soon as guests check out, leave the linen at reception or in the apartment, and it returns washed and folded in sets. Duvets need 24 to 48 hours, so keep a spare set for back-to-back bookings.

- A host's guide: turning holiday-home linen around.
Sand is shaken out before any towel is washed. JBR towels usually arrive with sand, salt and sunscreen after a day on the beach. They are rinsed, washed with like colours, and dried fully so they come back soft rather than stiff or musty.
- Beach and pool towels are AED 6 each.
- Whites are always washed apart from coloured towels.
Duvets and comforters take 24 to 48 hours. The thick filling needs longer to dry right through, and we do not return it damp. Sheets, pillowcases and towels from the same pickup can come back first, within 24 hours, if you ask.
- Duvet AED 50, comforter AED 45, large blanket AED 40.
- Mattress protectors AED 30.
Most people change sheets weekly and towels every few uses. In the JBR summer, sweat and humidity make that more important, and beach towels should be washed after every trip. A regular pickup day makes the routine easy to keep.

- Keep two sets per bed so one is always ready.
Yes, reception or security can hand the linen over. Every JBR tower has a front desk, so you or your cleaner can leave the bag there in the morning. It returns to the same desk, folded and bagged, and a WhatsApp message tells you it has arrived.
- Write the tower and apartment number on the bag.
- Pick any half-hour slot on any day of the week.
Yes, hosts in nearby communities use the same service. Short-let apartments in the Marina towers and at Dubai Harbour book with a pin and a time, just like JBR. Prices do not change, and pickup and delivery are free for every booking.
- Next door: sheets and towels in Dubai Marina.
- By the harbour: Dubai Harbour linen pickups.
Almost anything else we clean can join the linen. List it in the chat and it leaves in the same half-hour window. Clothes by weight, pressed shirts and cleaned trainers all ride in the same free pickup, and each keeps its usual price.
- Clothes: a weekly sack and shirts on hangers.
- Home: rugs and curtains and sandy trainers.
- All services: what we collect in JBR.
