Plan on 24 to 48 hours for a duvet or comforter. Thick filling holds water, and it must be bone dry inside or it starts to smell. Flat sheets, pillowcases and towels are quicker and come back to your JLT tower within 24 hours.
- Book early in the week if guests are due at the weekend.
- We message you when the bedding is heading back.
Yes, many JLT holiday-home hosts send us sheets after checkout. Book on the morning the guest leaves, and every set is folded and back with you inside 24 hours. Leave the bag in the flat or at reception, whichever your building allows.
- Keep a second set so beds can be made while one is out.
- More on this: holiday-home linen turnaround.
Often yes, if the mark is still fairly fresh. Foundation, mascara and hair dye on pillowcases are pre-treated before the wash, and white cotton gets a whitening step. Very old dye marks may fade without vanishing entirely, and we tell you that honestly.
- Pillowcase: AED 7.
- Tell us which cases are marked when you book.
Change sheets weekly and towels after three or four uses. Heat and humidity mean sweat and moisture build up faster here, especially in the summer months. Many JLT families simply set a weekly bedding pickup so it never piles up.
- Guidance by item: a UAE schedule for bedding.
- Towels used after the pool go in sooner.
Yes, neighbouring areas book in exactly the same way. Villa homes just south of the lakes and the towers across Sheikh Zayed Road send a pin and a time slot. Rates match JLT exactly, with free pickup and delivery to every building.
- Villas: duvets from The Meadows.
- Across the road: sheet pickups in JBR.
Sheets come back folded flat, matched into sets. Pillowcases are tucked inside their sheet so the whole bed is together, and towels are stacked by size. If you want sheets pressed for a crisper finish, mention it when booking and ironing is added at the listed rate.
- Pressing only for washed sheets: JLT ironing service.
- Duvet covers come back folded with the buttons closed.
Yes, one pickup can carry everything at once. List it all in the chat and the driver takes the bedding and your clothes together. Pickup and delivery stay free for the whole order, and each item keeps its usual price and return time.
- Casual wear: Wash & Fold.
- Work shirts: Clean & Press.
- Sofa covers: lounge covers washed and refitted.
