Most gowns come back within 5 to 7 days. Beadwork, layered tulle and long trains take time, since every panel is checked and cleaned gently rather than rushed. If you need the gown by a certain date, say so when booking and we confirm whether it works.

Aim for a few weeks at most. Sweat, make-up and sugary drinks may be invisible on the day but darken to yellow or brown later, especially on silk and satin. Sending the gown soon after the celebration makes those marks much easier to lift.
