When you place an order with Laundrykhalas, we collect the details we need to serve you: your name, your address and the area or governorate in Kuwait where you would like us to collect and deliver (for example Salmiya, Hawally, Jabriya, Salwa, or Kuwait City), and the WhatsApp number we use to reach you.

We also keep a record of your order details, such as the items you send us, the services you request, any special-care instructions, and your pickup and delivery timing.

When you contact us on WhatsApp, the messages you send, including booking requests and support queries, are stored so we can process your order and keep an accurate history of our conversation. If you pay online, we collect the payment confirmation details returned to us through KNET or your card provider.

We use your information to run your order from start to finish: confirming your booking, arranging pickup from your address in Kuwait, cleaning your items, and delivering them back to you.

Your contact details let us send you order updates, delivery time estimates, and confirmations, and let our driver reach the right location across Kuwait. We may also use your order history to answer questions and improve the service you receive on future bookings.

WhatsApp is the main way we communicate with our customers in Kuwait. When you message us to book or ask a question, you agree to receive replies from our official Laundrykhalas WhatsApp channel about your bookings, pickups, deliveries, and pricing.

Where prices are shown, they are in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD). When you choose to pay online, your payment is processed securely through KNET and trusted card providers.

Laundrykhalas does not store your full card number or your KNET PIN on our systems. Sensitive payment data is handled directly by the secure payment processor, and we only receive confirmation of whether a payment succeeded.

We share your information only with the people who need it to complete your order. This means our delivery drivers, who need your address and contact details to collect and return your laundry, and our payment processors such as KNET and card providers, who handle your transaction.

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data, address, or WhatsApp number to advertisers or any other third party.

We keep your personal and order information only for as long as we need it to provide the service, keep proper records, and meet our obligations under Kuwaiti law.

We protect your data with reasonable security measures designed to guard against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. Access to your details within Laundrykhalas is limited to the staff who need it to serve you.

You have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected if it is wrong, and to request that we delete it when we no longer need it to serve you.
