No, the in-room bag and slip are for the hotel's own laundry. For us, any bag is fine. Send one WhatsApp message with roughly what you are sending, and we go through the items with you before anything is cleaned, so no paperwork is needed.

History
Thailand's Centara comes to the Corniche.
Centara opened its first Qatar property in December 2018 as Centara West Bay Residences & Suites Doha, a 42-floor tower of studios, suites, apartments and penthouses, with the top-floor Orchid Sea View Penthouse. The tower has since been renamed Centara West Bay Hotel & Residences Doha and kept its Indian restaurant, Dalchini, and indoor pool facing the Gulf.
- 2015The Doha Exhibition and Convention Center opens about 800 metres from the future hotel site.
- 2018Centara West Bay Residences & Suites Doha welcomes its first guests in December, Centara's debut in Qatar.
- 2023Centara's brochure presents the tower under its current name, Centara West Bay Hotel & Residences Doha, with Dalchini still on the dining list.
