Laundry & Dry Cleaning at Novotel Abu Dhabi Al Bustan.

Everything casual from a week near ADNEC, from gym kit to the children's swimwear, goes into one bag. Up to 6kg costs AED 60 and up to 12kg AED 99, with AED 12 for each kilo beyond that. It returns washed, dried and folded to the Novotel within 24 hours.

Stand staff often bring a few branded shirts for a five-day show. Each shirt or polo is AED 15, trousers AED 18, a blazer AED 40 and a two-piece suit AED 50. Handed over before noon, dry cleaning can be back at Novotel Al Bustan the same evening.

Clothes creased by the flight but already clean only need pressing. A shirt on a hanger is AED 9, trousers AED 12, a blazer AED 25 and a simple dress AED 25. Pressed items are back at your hotel by the next day.

The hotel's own bedding is not ours to wash. This card is for people renting flats around Al Bustan and Capital Centre: bed sheets AED 18, pillowcases AED 7, a duvet AED 50 and bath towels AED 6. Large duvets need 48 hours.

Exhibition carpets and long walks between halls are hard on footwear. Leather office shoes and sneakers are AED 55 a pair, sandals AED 45 and children's shoes AED 35. Allow two to four days, so book early in a longer stay.

A laptop bag carried round a trade show picks up scuffs and grime on the base. Laptop bags, totes and backpacks are each AED 45 to clean, a duffel AED 65 and a small suitcase AED 85. Allow three to five days.

A lost jacket button is AED 12 to replace, a trouser hem AED 40, and a split seam AED 40. Most small repairs take 48 to 72 hours, so tell us early in a show week and the piece will be back before the closing day.

Not for hotel rooms; this is for households living near Rabdan Street. Curtains without blackout lining cost AED 20 per square metre and with blackout AED 25. Ordinary carpets are AED 20 per square metre, wool AED 26. Back in three days.

Guests in town for a wedding can send the bridal gown from AED 250, an evening dress for AED 65 or a three-piece suit for AED 60. Gowns take seven to fourteen days, so we can deliver to a home address if you leave first.

Brand teams at exhibitions sometimes bring a costumed character to the stand. Small mascot suits are AED 200, medium AED 230 and large AED 250, with heads, gloves and props at AED 30 each. They are back in three to five days.

For parents whose child cannot sleep without the same bear. Small soft toys are AED 55, medium AED 70 and large AED 120, washed gently and dried right through. Allow two to three days, and plan around your checkout.

For residents near the hotel with removable sofa covers. A regular cover is AED 35 and a large one AED 40, while cushion covers cost AED 10 to AED 20 by size. They are returned in two to three days.

Leather jackets brought for cool evenings are cleaned from AED 150, blazers and coats from AED 130, and small leather goods from AED 100. Each piece is conditioned after cleaning and comes back in three to five days.
