Everything goes into one bag priced by weight: six kilos cost AED 60, twelve kilos AED 99, and any kilo over that adds AED 12. Washing, drying and folding included, it is returned to Fairmont The Palm inside a day.

A shirt for Seagrill Bistro, a dress for drinks at Mashrabiya Lounge, a suit for a meeting in town. Shirts cost AED 15 each and trousers AED 18; a day dress is AED 40, while a two-piece suit comes to AED 50. Give us dry cleaning by noon and it is usually ready the same evening.

Clothes that spent eight hours folded in a hold need heat, not a wash. Pressing costs AED 9 for a shirt on a hanger, AED 12 for trousers and AED 25 for a dress. Send them from Fairmont The Palm on the day you land and they come back smooth and hung by the following day.

Useful in the hotel's own apartments on a long stay, and for owners in the Residence North and South buildings next door. Bath towels cost AED 6, bath robes AED 16 and a duvet AED 50. Most linen returns within 24 hours, while a large duvet needs 48 hours.

Palm West Beach sand ends up in every sole. We charge AED 45 for sandals or espadrilles, AED 55 for trainers or smart shoes, and AED 35 for a child's pair. Because shoes need between two and four days, hand them over early in your stay at Fairmont The Palm and fly home with them clean.

A canvas tote dragged across sunbeds, a backpack from the Falcons Kids Club, a small suitcase that came off the belt marked. Totes, handbags and backpacks cost AED 45 each, a duffel AED 65, and a small suitcase AED 85. Bags are with us for three to five days.

A dress bought for a ballroom party that needs taking in, jeans from the Golden Mile shops that run long, a lost button. Trouser hems and standard waist changes start at AED 40. Alterations take 48 to 72 hours, so share the date you need them by when you book.

Not something a hotel guest needs. It suits those living in the apartments, penthouses and townhouses on the Trunk, including the residences beside the hotel. We measure by the square metre: AED 20 for a regular carpet, AED 26 for wool, and AED 25 for curtains with blackout lining. Allow three days for either.

Fairmont The Palm hosts weddings, and a gown rarely ends the night spotless. A standard wedding dress starts at AED 250, a beaded one at AED 450, a bridesmaid dress is AED 35 and a veil AED 55. The work takes 7 to 14 days, so we can return it to an address elsewhere in Dubai.

Aimed at brand and event teams staging family days, launches or conferences in the hotel's events space. Costumes are priced by size: AED 200 small, AED 230 medium, AED 250 large, with AED 30 for every accessory. Each suit is cleaned, deodorised and dried gently, then handed back three to five days later.

For homes rather than hotel rooms: flats and townhouses on the Trunk and around the Golden Mile. Regular sofa covers cost AED 35, large ones AED 40, and cushion covers start at AED 10. We return them in 2 to 3 days, pressed and ready to fit back on.

Winter evenings by the water can be cool enough for a leather jacket, and leather needs its own process rather than standard dry cleaning. Prices begin at AED 150 for a jacket, AED 130 for a coat or blazer and AED 100 for a wallet or other small piece. Expect it back after three to five days.
