Choose your flight time. Long-haul passengers should reach the terminal about three hours early; the transfer out of JVC adds more, particularly when the evening traffic builds.

The driver heads for the same entrance either way, so give whichever name is on your reservation when you write to us. If the name on the door looks different from the name on your booking, add your unit number and the driver goes straight to the right entrance.

Yes, when the driver has it before noon. We clean and press the suit, and it returns on a hanger by 11 pm. Later pickups mean the next day. If a meeting or flight is coming, say when, and the delivery is shaped around it. Silk shirts and wool jackets follow the same route as a suit and are returned on hangers as well.

Six kilos of washing cost 60 dirhams. Twelve kilos cost 99, with each additional kilo 12. Garments for dry cleaning have their own prices, which appear in the chat before collection, and the drive out to District 17 never carries a surcharge. Yes, for jobs the machine does badly. A household machine copes with small loads of socks and T-shirts. Tailoring, silk, heavy towels and footwear need other equipment, and a pickup frees your evening. Dry cleaning is priced by the garment because each one is finished by hand. A common split is that the machine takes the daily basics while we take anything with a care label that says dry clean only.

Yes, all around the district. Longer rounds take our cars to FIVE Jumeirah Village and Ramee Rose Hotel, so a friend elsewhere can reach us on the same number and see the same prices. The wait is much the same from one JVC building to the next, because every one of them is served on the same rounds.

Yes, and it carries no surcharge. Add it to your opening message and the whole bag is washed with a mild, unscented detergent. Baby clothes are 6 dirhams each, and the usual price of the bag does not change. A baby's towels and swimwear go into the same gentle wash, and a soft toy can be added for hand washing.

Trainers need two to four days, bags three to five. Hand them over early in the stay and they are back well before you leave. If your stay is shorter, we can deliver to another Dubai address once the work is complete. Suede and fine leather shoes are cleaned with different products from canvas, and the team chooses the right route for each pair.
