The cleaned order is returned to the same place, with a text when it arrives, whichever of the building entrances you booked through. Your room, your name and what is in the bag. Messages go to Laundrykhalas on +971 50 384 1660, not to the hotel desk. A short line, say two dresses, five shirts and pool towels, is enough, and the price with a pickup time comes straight back. A dress that needs gentle drying is flagged to the team as soon as you mention it in the chat.

Yes, if it reaches us before midday. We clean and press the dress and hang-deliver it before 11 pm. A later pickup is delivered the day after, so for an event tonight please send the dress as early in the day as you can. Cotton dresses, silk blouses and linen suits follow different routes, and each is returned on a hanger.

A 12kg bag costs AED 99. That covers washing, drying and folding, and the bag is back the next day. Six kilos is AED 60, and extra kilos AED 12. Dry-cleaned pieces are priced individually and shown to you before collection. Each line is shown first, so a piece can come out of the order if the total looks too high.

No, every room gets the same service. Whether you stay in a Classic room, a Club Room, the Horizon Suite or the Skyline Terrace, the pickup, the prices and the delivery times are identical. Larger suites tend to send larger bags, which are cheaper per kilo. Larger suites often send two or three bags at once; labelling each with a first name helps them come back sorted.

Yes, on the longer rounds. Our drivers also visit Ramada by Wyndham Dubai Barsha Heights and Premier Inn Dubai Barsha Heights, so a friend staying there can book with the same number at the same prices. Hotels all over Jumeirah Village Circle are on the rounds, so the wait does not change much from one building to another.

Yes, with no extra cost. Mention it when you first write, and every item is washed with a mild detergent without perfume. A baby's clothes cost AED 6 each, and soft toys can be hand washed from AED 55 in the small size. Chlorine is rinsed out of pool clothes before they are washed with the rest, and the baby's items go in the gentle wash.

Shoes need up to four days, bags up to five. Start early in the stay and everything is back before check-out. A short visit can still include a shoe clean, because finished items can be delivered to another address in Dubai. Canvas trainers and leather shoes get different products, chosen pair by pair.

Send the list and the quote comes first. Nothing leaves your room until you have seen the price in the chat. The quote lists each item or the weight of the bag, and you can add or remove pieces before the driver arrives at the entrance or reception. The hotel stands in JVC, about 1.7 km from Circle Mall and 4 km from the Butterfly Garden. The track at the Autodrome is a short taxi ride, and Global Village, in season, a longer one of some 10 km.
