Message usSerenia Residences is three low-rise wings on Crescent Road, roughly 300 metres from both the Waldorf Astoria Palm Jumeirah and Anantara The Palm, with Anantara Residences North about 150 metres away. Cars come in through the Crescent tunnel near Atlantis, a road our drivers use all day for homes and hotels across Palm Jumeirah. The Pointe is about 15 minutes away by car.
History
Palma's three wings on the East Crescent.
Serenia Residences was developed by Palma Holding, the Dubai group behind Palma Development and Palma Homes. Work on the site began in April 2015 and the three wings, North, East and West, were finished in January 2018. In March 2018 Palma announced that the building was ready and owners were moving into its 250 apartments, which run from one-bedroom flats to four-bedroom penthouses. About 70% of the plot is landscaped, between the Waldorf Astoria and Anantara The Palm. Today the flats are owner-occupied or let long-term, which means bedding, curtains and work clothes that need regular care.
- 2001Dredging starts on Palm Jumeirah, the island whose eastern arm now holds the three Serenia wings.
- 2015Palma Holding launches Serenia Residences as a beachfront project of 250 apartments on Crescent Road.
