What goes in a Wash & Fold bag in Kuwait?
Everyday clothes such as t-shirts, trousers, pyjamas, gym wear, socks and underwear. Whites, colours and darks are washed apart, then tumble dried, folded and packed.
What if a dry-clean-only item is in my bag?
We set it aside instead of washing it. Silks, suits and abayas go through Clean & Press and are priced per item.
Can I choose my detergent or softener?

What is the difference between dry cleaning and washing?
Dry cleaning uses solvents instead of water, so it suits wool suits, silk, beaded gowns and structured pieces. Everyday cotton goes in Wash & Fold.

Yes. We use large-capacity machines and dry it fully so the filling does not clump. Bulky pieces can take up to 48 hours.
Does washing bedding help with allergies?
Sheets are washed hot to clear dust mites and allergens. Ask for fragrance-free washing when you book.
Can you remove yellowing from towels?
Yes. Oxygen brighteners lift yellowing, cosmetics and oil marks without chlorine, which weakens fibres.
