The year-round wardrobe
Weekday, weekend and gym clothes for full-time residents, picked up on a fixed day and returned the next. - When you live somewhere all year, the walk-in closet holds every season. We collect what you really wear, keep everyone's pieces apart, fold them as you would, and return them the next day, week in, week out, without you having to remember to ask.
Households with Children
Beach days, pool afternoons and bedtime fill the basket fast. One 12kg bag at AED 99 clears most of a family week. - Couples and families both make homes in the one-, two- and three-bed flats here. With children in the house, small T-shirts, pool towels and pyjamas fill a basket in a couple of days. The AED 99 bag of 12kg takes most of it, and you or whoever helps at home can hand it over.
Weekday Commuters
A week of shirts, trousers and one suit, picked up in the lobby and brought back hung and pressed. - From this end of the Palm the commute is a fixed part of the day, and the goal is a week's shirts ready before Sunday. Hand them over on Thursday or Friday: AED 15 shirts return on hangers inside a day, and so does a suit at AED 50.
Owners and Long Leases
Curtains, rugs and sofa covers you bought yourself, picked up from the building and cleaned to suit the fabric. - Whether you own your flat in Mughal or Maurya or rent it on a yearly lease, the textiles you brought with you are yours to look after. Curtains and rugs start at AED 20 per sqm and sofa covers at AED 35.

Still have questions?
Ask us on WhatsAppGrandeur Residences stands at the southern tip of the West Crescent, by the Palm Jumeirah Boardwalk, with Jumeirah Zabeel Saray about 230 metres away. One&Only The Palm is roughly 1.2 km along the crescent. Traffic enters the crescent by the tunnel close to Atlantis, the road our drivers take for homes across Palm Jumeirah, so a pickup still arrives within the hour despite the distance.
History
Two buildings named for Indian dynasties.
Grandeur Residences is a pair of six-storey apartment buildings, Mughal and Maurya, at the southern end of the West Crescent by the Palm Jumeirah Boardwalk. ETA Star developed them, and Nakheel, the Palm's master developer, listed the project among its crescent homes. Work began in March 2006 and the buildings were finished in the early 2010s. The flats are freehold: owners live in some, and many others are rented out by the year, with Jumeirah Zabeel Saray as the next-door neighbour. People here are settled rather than passing through, so our visits are regular weekly ones.
- 2001Nakheel starts shaping Palm Jumeirah out of sand and rock dredged from the Gulf.
- Mar 2006Construction begins on Grandeur Residences, with ETA Star as the developer, according to government data.
- 2009Nakheel's Palm website lists Grandeur Residences among the crescent projects still to open.
- Early 2010sThe Mughal and Maurya buildings are completed and handed over; sources differ on the exact year.
- Sep 2026Dubai Land Department records show flats in both buildings still changing hands.
- Oct 2026Flats in Mughal and Maurya are advertised for rent on yearly leases, furnished and unfurnished.
