The hotel hosts conferences, theme parties and weddings, and guests dress for them. An evening dress is AED 65 to dry clean, a two-piece suit AED 50, a jumpsuit AED 35 and a shirt AED 15. In by noon, back by evening.

When an outfit is clean but crushed from the suitcase, a press is enough. Evening dresses cost AED 40 to press, normal dresses AED 25, jackets AED 25 and shirts AED 9. Returned on hangers within 24 hours.

For families in the Al Majaz towers behind the lagoon with their own bedding; we never touch the hotel's linen. Comforters cost AED 45, pillowcases AED 7, blankets AED 30 and bath towels AED 6, back in one day or two for large duvets.

Theme parties and children's events often bring costumed characters. Large mascots cost AED 250, medium AED 230, small AED 200, and each accessory AED 30. We return them in three to five days.

Children on a pool holiday drag their favourite toy everywhere. A small toy costs AED 55, a medium AED 70 and a large AED 120, gently washed and back within two to three days.
